“This one is the kids' favourite”
Trying to get kids to eat their greens is a test for most parents.
We are often asked for ideas on how to get older kids to eat vegetables. Research by Dr Gillian Harris at The University of Birmingham shows the best way to get children to develop a taste for a wide variety of veg and fruit is making sure babies have a lot of variety in their first year… If your little one is past this stage and has got stubborn when it comes to veg, you’re no doubt pulling your hair out about ideas to introduce those tastes.
Our naturally healthier real dairy ice cream is made from 50% real organic fruit and organic vegetables and 50% real dairy ice cream, with no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.
The ice cream combines the idea of a treat with fruit and vegetables, the ultimate disguise for those unwanted greens which would be left on the side of the plate or thrown on the floor.
Available in Pear and Parsnip, Orange and Carrot, and Minty Apple, the ice cream smoothies are a good source of calcium and vitamins, and also help towards the 5-a-day recommended fruit and vegetable intake.
